Thames Valley Drains

Drainage companies in the Thames Valley, checked before you call

Most directories list a phone number and a star rating. This one records what each firm will actually do — emergency callout, CCTV surveys, no-dig relining, septic work, written guarantees — and links every answer to the page it came from.

How the checking works

For every firm we answer the same set of questions a customer asks on the phone: will you come out tonight, is there a call-out fee, can you survey and report, can you reline without digging, do you empty septic tanks, is the repair guaranteed. Each answer is marked yes, no, or not stated, with the page it came from and the date it was last checked.

If a firm has not published something, we say so rather than guessing. "Not stated" usually means you will need to ask on the call — it is often the fastest way to separate a genuine drainage contractor from a lead-generation call centre.
